It depends on the type of investment and whether you use a loan, savings or installment plans during pre-sale. In the consultation we calculate your real capacity and see which options fit it.
Does it help if I want to buy a home to live in rather than to invest?
Yes. Buying a home is also an investment decision. We review how much you can pay, which neighborhoods fit your lifestyle, the costs that come after buying and how the area appreciates.
I live outside Medellín or outside Colombia. Does this work for me?
Yes. The online consultation is by video call, and the guidance can be done remotely, with recorded property visits and documents reviewed by our team.
Are you going to sell me a project?
My job is to help you choose well. If a project doesn't fit your profile, or if it isn't the right time for you to invest yet, I'll tell you.
What if I don't buy after the consultation?
That's fine. You keep your plan and your written summary. Guidance is separate and only if you decide so.
What if the consultation isn't what I expected?
You have the 15-minute guarantee: if within the first 15 minutes you feel it isn't for you, we refund 100% of what you paid.
How do I pay?
By card, PSE, Nequi or Bancolombia. For now, tapping each service’s button opens WhatsApp and we send you the payment link and your receipt. Soon you’ll be able to pay directly on the website.
Do you guarantee a return?
No, and be wary of anyone who does. What I do is show you scenarios with all the costs so you can decide with complete information.
