About me
I'm Felipe Amariles, and I'd rather you invest well than buy fast.
I've been an entrepreneur since I was a kid. In 2020 I joined my father's company, which at the time only did construction. Little by little we moved into real estate: we studied the market, tried alternatives and started investing as a family.
Along the way we learned, with our own money, what works, what doesn't and what suits each type of person. Today I’m the CEO of Pilaris Group, where we work on two fronts. Sales: apartments, houses, land. Construction: luxury homes, country houses and renovations. Knowing the business from the construction site to the sale is what I bring to every consultation.
Through my personal brand, together with my team, I advise people who want to put their money to work in real estate. Every case is different, so there are no recipes: we look at your profile and build the plan with you.

As CEO, I lead Pilaris Group: it started in 2007 in civil engineering and construction, and today it also does real estate deals. Knowing the business from construction to sale is what I bring to every consultation.
